I saw myself Jump Levels. I began to open up, have fun and become less anxious.
Our team was able to break down some walls that kept us from performing at our best. As we went through the program our women started to gain more confidence and just have fun with wrestling. Not putting pressure on themselves to win every point or every match.
Our team learned how to relax and compete in high pressure situations.
Wrestling Mindset did a fantastic job in building confidence and communicating the point that wrestling is fun, and that we are all grateful for the opportunity to compete. We felt like we had another coach in our corner.
At first I thought it was just a Twitter handle, but the mindset worksheets helped us to organize our thoughts and understand what was holding us back and how to deal with that. I learned how my thoughts could easily impact my success.
We won our 13th consecutive state title this season. There is no doubt that the mental toughness that my team had developed was the deciding factor. The information in this program was very easy to follow and the worksheets are exactly what they need.
What gave me confidence was knowing that I spent hours doing something that many wrestlers did not, mentally preparing.
A lot goes into being successful besides just practicing every day. Wrestling Mindset taught our team how to physically and mentally prepare themselves on a daily basis.
Wrestling Mindset helped mold my 3 sons to be the total package. Their mental focus has shown with their continued improvement on the mat. They have taken a higher responsibility for their efforts in the classroom and participation in growing their faith. For all of this we are forever grateful for the mentoring into manhood.
We did a lot of mindset training this year. It helped me stay relaxed, really composed and let it all out.
