As we went through the program our women started to gain more confidence and just have fun with wrestling, not putting pressure on themselves.

Wrestling Mindset helped mold my 3 sons to be the total package. Their mental focus has shown with their improvement on the mat. They have taken a higher responsibility for their efforts in the classroom and participation in growing their faith. For all of this we are grateful for the mentoring into manhood.
