Wrestling Mindset is now working with baseball teams with the same principles that have helped the best college teams and the olympic team to prepare mentally.

Baseball Mindset is excited to be working with Houston’s Second Baptist HS coached by the legendary Lance Berkman and Andy Pettitte. 

Our Mindset Training provides teams a systematic way for each player to develop their mindset on the field. We ensure that each team sets aside time to work on their mindset with someone other than their coach to reinforce team values and mindset principles.
