Last year we had a few guys that would freeze up in “big” matches. Our mindset coach helped our wrestlers develop an individual plan to hit the reset button and work through their anxieties during those big matches. Wrestling Mindset helped us get over the mental hump and win the dual team state championship after placing 2nd three times and 3rd twice in the last 8 years.
