This is a subscription for the Silver (1 session every other week) Mindset Program (12 month commitment discount). Payment 1 you will be charged $689.98, which is 1 payment plus the initiation fee of $499.99. Each month after, you will be charged $189.99 per month until canceled. Payment is collected by PayPal.

You may cancel after 12 months. Early cancellation will result in a one month penalty. Please see Terms of Use for cancellation policy.
