This is a professional services plan for the Gold (1 session per week) Mindset Program (6 month commitment discount). Payment 1 you will be charged $879.98, which is 1 payment of $379.99 plus the initiation fee of $499.99. Each month after, you will be charged $379.99 per month until canceled. Payment is collected by PayPal.
