This is a professional services plan for the Gold (1 session per week) Mindset Program (12 month commitment discount). Payment 1 you will be charged $859.98, which is 1 payment of $359.99 plus the initiation fee of $499.99. Each month after, you will be charged $359.99 per month until canceled. Payment is collected by PayPal.

You may cancel after 12 months. Early cancellation will result in a one-month penalty. Please see Terms of Use for cancellation policy.
