This program is crafted specifically for wrestlers, aiming to develop crucial mental skills needed to excel in wrestling, school and life. 

What We Offer:

• Two Weekly Group Mindset Session: Monday nights, 8:30–9:00 PM EST and Sunday afternoons 4-4:30pm EST.
  
• Practical Exercises: Activities designed to build confidence, mental toughness, and improve sports performance.
• Recorded Sessions: Each session is recorded and emailed to you, ensuring your young athlete can revisit and reinforce their learning.
• Train with our Top Athletes: In the past year, we have had calls and Q&A sessions led by Bo Bassett, Vito Arujau, Yianni Diakomihalis, Beau Bartett, Shayne Van Ness and other elite wrestlers and coaches.
